Our team comprises leaders in key aspects of building a Sustainable Community and a Sustainable Economy and who have a track record of initiative and a deep commitment to rebuilding our natural systems and an economy that will support that endeavour.
President - Bob Phiiipson
Bob is fortunate to lead a world class team of volunteers who have contributed to the achievements of Our Sustainable Goulburn Mulwaree/SE NSW. The OSGM's program has been recognised by Erasmus University's JUSTRA program.
Bob grew up in an English rural in England and he spent many hours in the countryside and learned the importance of our natural world. Bob has a keen interest and involvement in rural and urban landscape restoration. Also a keen interest in social justice in his own commmunity and overseas. Bob was instrumental in the formation of OSGM, that went onto to fpund the Goulburn Mulwaree Landcare Regenerative Agriculture Group. In his professionla life, Bob pioneered the introduction of IT Service Management into Australia and was appointed the IT Service Management Forum's first lifeytime member.
Vice President - Dr Di Dibley
Dr DI Dibley, a member of the ANU's Fenner School, is a leader in promotig corporate support for environmental action. Di has a deep commitment to the protection of our natural envirioment and was the co-founder of the ZeroSE, a group of community and environmental organistions in SE NSW. One of ZeroSE's key achievements. through Dr Margaret Mackinnon of the ANU, is the production of the "Emissions Fact Sheets". The Fact Sheets extend Ironbark Sustainablity's Emissions Snapshot data by calculating the financial return of emissions reduction across some 12 LGAs in SE NSW. The "Fact Sheets" are the work of Dr Margarat Mackinnon of the ANU's Fenner School, who is a member of ZeroSE.
Narelle Kennedy CWA Representative
Narelle leads the CWA initiative in SE NSW to deepen its commitment and understanding of environmental action, in particular, but not only in respect of Regenerative Agriculture but how the local branch can lead the way in carbon reduction and sequestration, starting on their own premises.
Dr Raf Dua, Project Adviser
Raf Dua is a pioneer of project management methods and project management software. Advising on the last Australian Submarine build was just one of many of his achievements. Raf is bending his mind to the best methods of managing environmental projects. As a rural dweller of many years, Raf understands the needs and requirements of rural regeneration.
Raf has been the author of world class project management software, including Microplanner, a tool that is being used by OSGM for its many projects.
Chris White, CPA, Committee Member
Chris has been working on his Wood-Wide Project for some time and is documenting his progress on regular and highly professional video. His videos includes: "How Trees Nurture And Protect Their Babies". This highly educational video is about the amazing role of trees in our biosphere and the protection of their young through the Mycorrhizal Network that the video calls the “Wood-Wide Web”. The WWW explains how parent trees feeds their babies. Additonally Chris' work highlights the destruction caused by large-scale logging.
